(London, 2 July 2024) The privately owned MOMENI Group, headquartered in Hamburg, completes another important transaction in a prime West End London location.
The office building is excellently located, directly on the prominent Soho Square. With its prestigious Art Deco façade, the building is highly recognizable and offers a stunning view over Soho Square. The location benefits from outstanding transport links due to its proximity to Tottenham Court Road Station, one of the most frequented tube stations in Central London. The immediate vicinity features an array of world-class restaurants, high-end retail, and a diverse range of cultural activities. MOMENI has been instructed with the long-term management of the property and will carry out a comprehensive upgrade of the existing building to ensure alignment with the highest ESG standard.
With this transaction, MOMENI Group further expands its European growth strategy. The investment focus will continue to be on special landmark properties in prime inner-city locations.
