Ali-Reza Momeni is the founder and owner of the MOMENI Group, bringing extensive experience in the development, financing, and management of real estate projects both in Germany and internationally.

He began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. before spending many years at Hines, a global real estate developer and investment manager. Ali-Reza Momeni holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the London School of Economics (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSc) from Georgetown University (USA).

In 2004, he returned to Hamburg and founded the MOMENI Group.

Dr. Hanjo Hautz is Managing Director of MOMENI Holding, responsible for the Group's development activities and overarching growth strategy. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in project developments and transactions with a combined volume of more than EUR 6 billion.

Prior to joining MOMENI in 2011, he spent eight years as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Dr. Hanjo Hautz completed his studies in architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) at the Technical University of Braunschweig and ETH Zurich, before earning his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.).

Tim Fischer is Managing Director of MOMENI Holding, responsible for the company's Real Estate Management and Real Estate Technology investments.

Prior to joining MOMENI in 2014, he served as Vice President at Prologis, a global investment company, where he was responsible for the management and sustainability activities of an international portfolio. Before that, he held various positions at JLL, the international real estate services firm. Tim Fischer holds a degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) from FH Münster University of Applied Sciences, as well as a degree in real estate economics from EBS Business School. In 2012, he was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Marcella Billand is Managing Director of MOMENI Investment Management, responsible for managing the existing portfolio and driving the continued growth of the Investment Management business. Over the course of her career, she has managed real estate assets with a total volume of approximately EUR 2 billion.

Prior to joining MOMENI, she was responsible for closed-end funds as well as national and international asset management mandates at HIH Real Estate. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Ms. Billand attended the IREBS Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Regensburg and the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, where she earned her MSc degrees in Real Estate.
