We structure and manage financing in line with the investment strategy, asset characteristics and fund requirements. We oversee lender selection, financing proposals, due diligence, negotiations, covenants, maturities and, where appropriate, interest-rate and hedging strategies.

We provide transparent, decision-useful reporting on portfolio composition, performance, key initiatives and material risks. Through direct communication and consistent execution, we build long-term relationships with institutional investors.
