Ali-Reza Momeni is the founder and owner of MOMENI Group. He has extensive experience in developing, financing and managing real estate projects in Germany and internationally.

He launched his career at Merrill Lynch before spending many years with HINES, a global investment and development company. Ali-Reza Momeni holds a BSc in Business Administration from Georgetown University (USA) and a Master’s Degree (MSc) from the London School of Economics (UK).

He returned to Hamburg, Germany, in 2004 and founded MOMENI Group.

Andreas Gladisch is Managing Director of MOMENI Holding. He is responsible for business development and strategy, and for general management of MOMENI Group. Over the course of his career he has been actively involved in development projects and investment transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €10bn.

Before joining MOMENI in 2006, he was project manager at HINES, a global investment and development company, and was an investment manager at Aareal Bank. Andreas Gladisch graduated with an MBA from EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, and holds a BSc in computer science from James Madison University (USA).

Dr. Hanjo Hautz is Managing Director of MOMENI Holding. He is responsible for the development activities and the overall growth strategy of MOMENI Group. Over the course of his career, he played a key role in development projects and transactions worth more than €6bn in total.

Before joining MOMENI in 2011, he spent eight years as a management consultant with McKinsey. Dr. Hanjo Hautz studied architecture at the Technical University of Brunswick and the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, subsequently gaining a doctorate in engineering.

Marcella Billand is Managing Director at MOMENI Investment Management and responsible for managing the existing portfolio and further growing the investment management business. In the course of her professional career, she has managed real estate assets with a total volume of approx. €2bn.

Before joining MOMENI she was responsible for closed-end funds as well as national and international asset management mandates at HIH Real Estate. After her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Leuphana University Lüneburg, Marcella Billand attended the IREBS Institute at the University of Regensburg as well as the Henley Business School at the University of Reading receiving her MSc degrees in real estate.

Jan Heidelmann is Managing Director of MOMENI Investment Management. His responsibilities include managing the existing portfolio and further growing the Investment Management business. Over the course of his career he has been actively involved in investment transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €4.5bn.

Among his other roles prior to joining MOMENI in 2022, Jan Heidelmann was a managing director of the pan-European investment manager FREO and Head of Transactions at PGIM. He holds a degree in law from the University of Hamburg (first state bar examination).

Tim Fischer is Managing Director of MOMENI Real Estate Management and MOMENI Ventures. He is responsible for real estate management and real estate technology investments.

Before joining MOMENI in 2014, he was vice president at the global investment company Prologis, with responsibility for the management and sustainability activities of the international portfolio. Previously, he held a senior position at international real estate service provider JLL. Tim Fischer gained a degree in architecture from FH Münster University of Applied Sciences and graduated as Real Estate Economist from EBS Business School. He was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in the UK in 2012.
