Our investment management business unit, MOMENI Investment Management GmbH, primarily serves domestic and foreign institutional capital investors such as pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and foundations.

Our range of products comprises specialised real estate funds in particular, along with institutional club deals and individual managed-account and fund solutions in a variety of structures.

We strive to fulfil the long-term investment goals of our capital partners, and apply the exceptionally high demands of MOMENI Group to the active management of institutional real estate investment products. Here too, investment consistently focuses on office and commercial buildings in good and excellent locations in Germany’s major cities – the specialty of MOMENI Group. In addition to investments in core properties, this also includes investments in properties and operations we would see as development opportunities.

Our fund management combines a pragmatic, hands-on approach with institutional best practice, always with a special focus on sustainability.

MOMENI Investment Management GmbH is a member of the European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV).
