Marie-Theres Schleef is Head of HR of the MOMENI Group and shapes the strategic and operational HR management with a focus on talent recruiting, employer branding and change management.
Before joining MOMENI in 2020, she worked as a HR Manager at Union Investment, the renown international investment manager. Marie-Theres Schleef holds an M.Sc. in Business Psychology.
