About the project
Designed by the well-known architecture firm Bothe Richter Teherani, the office and commercial building, including an underground car park, offers approximately 6,000m² of gross floor space. The modern office space has been leased to the prestigious law firm CMS Hasche Sigle and exclusive retail concepts have been realized in the form of Tiger of Sweden and Baby Kochs, who have been acquired as tenants for the impressive ground floor area. Construction of the building was completed in spring 2008 and sold to the Irish insurance group Canada Life Assurance. In 2016 the property was repurchased for the MOMENI Prime Opportunities Fund I (MPOFI).
