About the project
The building, which is prominently located at the corner of Hohe Bleichen and Amelungstrasse, was designed by the star architects of Gerkan, Marg and Partners and offers approximately 12,000m² of gross floor space as well as a private underground car park. The representative ground floor areas are used by the exclusive retailers Friendly Hunting and Fabiana Filippi. The upper floors offer efficient office space with up to 1,200m² per floor and serve as the headquarters for prominent tenants such as CTS Eventim and the law firm Corinius. The building was completed in 2009 and sold to DEKA.
