Following a complete refurbishment and extension under the direction of the internationally renowned architectural firm caspar., the office high-rise including underground car park has a gross floor area of approx. 21,000 m². The project offers efficient office space with flexible partitioning options and high-quality fittings. USPs are the centrally located spacious lobby with a representative driveway and view into the light-flooded as well as spacious roof terraces on the 3rd and 12th floors with panoramic views over the city.
