About the project
The development is set in a prime location, the Media Harbor of Dusseldorf and is located on the most prominent corner address, Kaistraße/ Franziusstraße. The complex consists of a spectacular office high-rise offering approximately 30,000 m² of gross floor space as well as a three-story underground car park. According to the design schemes of worldwide renowned architect Christoph Ingenhoven, the ground floor will provide modern catering concepts and retail areas with generous glass fronts. The 17 additional floors will offer high-quality office spaces with flexible layout options as well as spectacular panoramic views over the Rhine and the city of Dusseldorf. The development will be carried out in accordance to the highest ESG criteria, the application of cradle-to-cradle principles as well as the goal of a LEED Gold and Wired Score certification after completion.
