About the project
Located immediately adjacent to the Alsterfleet, the WALLHAUS represents an additional modern office and retail building built in one of the most popular shopping streets in Hamburg. Over the last few years, the Neuer Wall has experienced a marked appreciation as an exclusive office and retail location at the south-west end, not least through the neighboring MOMENI projects Neuer Wall 63 and 84. According to designs by the progressive Cologne architectural firm msm Meyer Schmitz-Morkramer, a complete refurbishment and extension to approximately 5,000m² gross floor area was undertaken. The building has received a LEED Gold certificate. High-quality commercial spaces have been created, with generous shop window frontage to the Neuer Wall as well as modernly equipped, efficient office space with flexible layout options. This exclusive retail space is used by Giorgio Armani and Mulberry.
