• Daniel Reichwein has been appointed as Managing Director of MOMENI Devel-opment GmbH since 1 August 2026

(Hamburg, 17 August 2026) The MOMENI Group is strengthening its development division with an experienced senior executive: Daniel Reichwein joined MOMENI Development GmbH as Managing Director on 1 August 2026, complementing the existing management team. In his new role, based in Frankfurt am Main, he will as-sume responsibility for, among other things, the company’s development activities in Southern Germany, London and Paris.

Reichwein brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He spent more than 19 years at the global real estate company Hines, where he held various senior positions, most recently as Managing Director and Head of the Frankfurt Branch. In this capacity, he was responsible for development, investment and asset management activities in the Rhine-Main region and Southern Germany.

His most significant projects in Frankfurt included the redevelopment of OneTwoOne, the 160 Park View project and the investment and asset management mandate for the Silber-turm on behalf of an Asian investor. He was also responsible for the renowned Hofstatt project in Munich, among others.

Most recently, Reichwein served as Managing Director of Accumulata Real Estate Manage-ment GmbH in Berlin, where, since March 2025, he had been responsible for development activities and business development outside Bavaria.
