MOMENI lets Flagship Food & Beverage Space at Galerie Luise to VINCE

  • The revitalisation of Galerie Luise, comprising around 22,000 sq m, is progressing well and is nearing completion
  • Office space is almost fully let – only a few small units remain available
  • Leasing momentum continues with approximately 700 sq m of high-quality restaurant space secured by renowned Hanover-based restaurateur Vassilios Vassilio
  • Opening of the VINCE flagship Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar in summer 2026; VINCE Námos to follow in autumn 2026

(Hanover, 22 March 2026) MOMENI Group has signed another major lease at Galerie Luise in Hanover: going forward, well-known restaurateur Vassilios Vassiliou, owner of VINCE, will operate two attractive flagship units. This leasing success—together with further openings in the retail segment and an appealing tenant mix—continues to drive the repositioning of Galerie Luise.

Located in the heart of Hanover, Galerie Luise is in the final stages of its revitalisation and will further enhance the city centre as a new focal point and destination. In addition to further office leases, MOMENI has secured the acclaimed VINCE hospitality brand for two high-quality dining concepts. In doing so, MOMENI is continuing its quality-driven leasing strategy with a carefully curated tenant mix.

Long-term office leases—such as those with Deutsche Bahn, Freshfields, and various medical practices—are being complemented within the newly revitalised retail arcade by similarly long-term agreements with tenants including Lothar John, Altherr, and the long-established Hanover company Brandes & Diesing.

The VINCE flagship Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar will be created in the prime unit on the left-hand side at the prominent entrance to Galerie Luise on Luisenstrasse. As an elegant Champagne and wine bar with an international flair, it combines a stylish lounge atmosphere with the highest quality standards.

At the heart of the gallery—directly adjacent to the light-filled rotunda—VINCE Námos will follow in autumn 2026. Guests can look forward to a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine defined by fresh produce, clear flavours and a service-focused experience. Both concepts will make a significant contribution to enhancing the time spent at Galerie Luise and strengthening Hanover’s city centre as a vibrant meeting place.

“VINCE stands for quality, style and reliability in hospitality. With VINCE, we are bringing in a concept that consistently complements Galerie Luise’s positioning and will sustainably enhance the quality of the destination over the long term,” says Carl Meyer zu Schwabedissen, Director at MOMENI Development GmbH.

“We are delighted to bring VINCE to Galerie Luise and to create a place for special moments of enjoyment in Hanover. The setting—with its high-quality offering—fits perfectly with our positioning and our guests,” says Vassilios Vassiliou, owner of VINCE.

With this letting, MOMENI is consistently advancing the strategic development of Galerie Luise and further strengthening the location as a city-centre address for quality, enjoyment and curated retail concepts. “VINCE’s new hospitality concepts will not only create an exceptional visitor experience, but will also sustainably strengthen the attractiveness and footfall of the entire quarter,” says Marcella Billand, Managing Director at MOMENI Investment Management GmbH.
