MOMENI leases Dreischeibenhaus space to Hogan Lovells

(Hamburg, November 7, 2022) On behalf of the owner Black Horse, MOMENI Group has signed a highly attractive lease with the international corporate law firm Hogan Lovells International LLP as a new tenant for the Dreischeibenhaus building.
The firm has signed a long-term lease for nearly 10,000 m² of office space and will move into the property as soon as an existing tenant has left and the fit-out is complete.
After acquiring the building in 2011 together with joint venture partner Black Horse, MOMENI Group extensively redeveloped the iconic high-rise. Since its successful completion in 2014, the ownership of Dreischeibenhaus has fully gone over to Black Horse. MOMENI remains the asset manager. This lease is further confirmation of the sustained excellent potential offered by this landmark building.
