About the project

Set in the very heart of Dusseldorf, the Dreischeibenhaus Project see the creation of ultra-modern office space in a unique construction which together form an iconic landmark which has redefined the city’s skyline. The area between Hofgarten and Königsallee is currently experiencing a considerable upswing as an exclusive urban office and retail location with a ground-breaking traffic concept. After a complete refurbishment under the direction of well-known Dusseldorf architects' office HPP Architekten, this high-rise building - famous throughout Germany - will offer approximately 35,000m² of smartly finished high-end gross floor space. In addition to efficient office spaces with flexible layout options, the scheme also includes a prestigious two-storey lobby, a restaurant, an event area with breathtaking rooftop terraces and a private underground car park. The revitalization—with a special focus on the façade, building services and interior fixtures and fittings—has been carried out according to Green Building Criteria and boasts a gold-standard LEED certification. Indeed, the project won the MIPIM Award for “best worldwide refurbished building”.
