About the project
The striking Foyles bookshop is located on the cultural heart of London with excellent transport links due to its close proximity to Tottenham Court Road Station and the immediate vicinity of companies such as Google and McKinsey & Company. The building was originally constructed in 1939 and used by Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. In 2011, W. & G. Foyle acquired the property and shortly afterwards completely refurbished and transformed it into the iconic bookshop of today. Thanks to the prestigious façade and preservation of the original structure, the property has a high recognition value. The property is leased to W. & G. Foyle Ltd. on a long-term basis.
