About the project
The Fürstenhof is a listed building built in 1902 and located in central CBD of Frankfurt. As part of an elaborate revitalization, the approx. 34,000 m² of gross floor area is being redeveloped while preserving the existing structure into a flexible, modern class-A multi-tenant office building with complementary gastronomic and retail uses on the ground floor. The revitalization is being planned and designed by Frankfurt architect holger meyer and is striving for the highest ESG standards as well as LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certification.
