About the project
Leopoldstraße is one of the most prominent streets in Germany. The LEOS is an exclusive office and retail building, with approximately 6,000m² gross floor area with a prominent corner location in the heart of Munich-Schwabing. Main tenants of the LEED Gold certified building are, for example, Excellent Business Center, Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), dm-drogerie markt and Tamaris. The well reputed architecture firm KSP Jürgen Engel has created a modern façade character by combining light natural stone with dark façade elements. Generous shop window frontage on the ground floor as well as floor-to-ceiling windows on the office floors reinforce the excellent presence and the long-lasting effect of the building.
