About the project
The office and commercial property, NeW 84, has been created in one of Hamburg's best locations. The internationally renowned architects’ office of BRT Bothe Richter Teherani has succeeded most impressively in making a powerful statement with its design. Following its complete revitalization and extension, the building with a gross floor area of approximately 3,000m² offers modern office space in the upper floors and an exclusive retail space. The building was sold to Barmenia Versicherungen in 2010.
