About the project
The “Olivandenhof”, built in 1913, is located in best city location of Cologne, in the immediate vicinity of Cologne’s Neumarkt. The location, between the main shopping streets Breite Straße and Schildergasse, benefits from an excellent infrastructure. The landmarked office and commercial building is currently fully let and has a gross floor area of around 12,000 m². Since 2006, a large part of the floor area as well as a pool for water sports in the basement has been leased to the outdoor clothing chain Globetrotter.
