63GRAD
About the project
The 63GRAD project located at the Neuer Wall in Hamburg is already attracting the attention of the viewer by virtue of its outstanding presence with one of the widest building fronts on the Neuer Wall. By virtue of its design, the architect KPW Kleffel Papay Warncke has succeeded in creating a natural stone façade for this unique office and commercial building in the traditional, Hanseatic surroundings of the Neuer Wall, thus creating a lively façade with a traditional material stone in a playful way. The high-quality retail spaces used by Bottega Veneta and Lacoste, for example, offer representative and generous frontage. The office space with a state-of-the-art fit-out and flexible layout options offer an excellent ratio with respect to efficiency and are used by the well reputed law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Conceptualized for sustainability, the 63GRAD LEED Gold certified project boasting 12,000m² of gross floor space has since been sold to Generali Assurance.
