About the project
The "Domquartier" is comprised of three connected offices: An den Dominikanern 11-27, Andreaskloster 5-19, and Unter Sachsenhausen 1-3 in the Central Business District of Cologne. The ensemble is located in a prime location in the banking district of Cologne in the immediate vicinity of the Cologne cathedral and central station. The net lettable area amounts to 32,000 m² and offers exclusive office space as well as 237 underground parking places.
