About the project

A state-of-the art class-A office and commercial building with approx. 10,000 m² will be built within walking distance of Stuttgart's main train station “Stuttgart 21” and Königstrasse. Designed by caspar.architects, contemporary and highly flexible offices will be built on the upper floors. A conference area and an attractive gastronomy on the ground floor will further revalue the central location of the Kriegsberg area. Users will also benefit from a spacious bicycle and car garage, each equipped with a sufficient number of charging points. The extensive greenery around the community roof terrace and the PV system are also part of the sustainable planning concept. The development is planned according to the highest ESG standards and the goal of LEED Gold and WiredScore certification.
