About the project

The prestigious TRINKAUS KARREE on Königsallee, Trinkausstraße and Heinrich-Heine-Allee is located in the heart of Dusseldorf's Central Business District, one of Germany's most exclusive office and retail locations. MOMENI Group plans to build a high-quality office, retail and gastronomy complex on the project site. TRINKAUS KARREE is a full-refurbishment with supplementary additions. Designed by star architect David Chipperfield, an extension of the floor space (new floors) as well as a refurbishment and restructuring of the basement levels including the relocation of the underground car park entrance will be realised. After completion, the project will have approx. 40,000 m² (GFA) of office, retail and restaurant space as well as a private underground car park with storage areas. Approx. 40 % of the ca. 200 parking spaces will be equipped with e-charging stations, and a separate bicycle garage will store up to 220 bicycles. Prior to the construction phase, 50 % of the office space has been let long-term to the renowned international law firm Hengeler Mueller. The development is being carried out according to the highest ESG standards. More than 70 % of the building stock will be recycled. LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certification are targeted.
