About the project

In a prime location in Cologne's city center, on the historically important Rudolfplatz, the WALLARKADEN office tower offers state-of-the-art office space, including underground parking. The new building from 2022 with approximately 20,000 m² of gross floor area was built under the direction of the world-renowned London architectural firm Caruso St John Architects. The property is characterized by extremely efficient office space with flexible layout options and innovative technology. The ground floor areas houses high-quality catering concepts and retail uses. The new building was built according to strict ESG criteria (including LEED Gold) and WiredScore certification (Platinum).
