About the project
In the historic street „Unter Sachsenhausen“ in Cologne, the former headquarter of the private bank Sal Oppenheim + Cie. Is being extensively revitalized and rebuilt. The concept by the renowned Cologne architect caspar. Envisages the revitalization of the two listed buildings „Unter Sachsenhausen 2 & 4“ and the addition of a high-quality new building. The ensemble with approx. 22,000 m² gross floor area offers flexible and unique class-a office space in Cologne’s banking district. The development is being carried out according to highest ESG standards while largely preserving the existing building fabric, as well as aiming at LEED Gold and WiredScore certification.
