About the project
The development of the prominently located site, only a few meters from the Hohen Bleichen, included the refurbishment of the listed 14-storey high-rise building as well as a modern new building complex. Boasting a total of approximately 60,000 m² gross floor space as well as a three-storey underground car park, this is one of the most important downtown projects in Hamburg. According to the plans of the internationally renowned architecture firm von Gerkan, Marg and Partner, an attractive mix of offices, retail and high-class restaurants as well as apartments was emerged, which leads to a clear revival of the area. Tenants include Axel Springer SE, KPMG AG, Norton Rose Fulbright, Copenhagen Investment Managers, Sthree, OBJECT CARPET and MOMENI Group.
