ONE PLAZA: MOMENI Group leases Düsseldorf Landmark Project to KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft

- Around 80% of the office space has already been leased; further lease signings are expected shortly
(Düsseldorf, 10 June 2026) MOMENI Group has signed a long-term lease with KPMG for office space at ONE PLAZA. The audit and advisory firm will relocate its Düsseldorf office to Kennedydamm.
ONE PLAZA is creating a striking new office quarter on Kennedydamm—Düsseldorf’s most important transport corridor linking the city centre, the trade fair grounds and the airport. Conceived as a high-visibility landmark, the development was delivered based on designs by the internationally renowned architectural practice HPP Architekten. Three building wings are arranged around a premium landscaped courtyard—the eponymous Plaza—designed as a green PLAZA, an internal meeting point and a vibrant hub for future occupiers. In addition, a new access road is planned to further improve connectivity to the site.

Complementary infrastructure—including a fitness area as well as extensive bicycle and car parking—supports a contemporary mobility and health offering.
