(Düsseldorf, 10 June 2026) MOMENI Group has signed a long-term lease with KPMG for office space at ONE PLAZA. The audit and advisory firm will relocate its Düsseldorf office to Kennedydamm.

ONE PLAZA is creating a striking new office quarter on Kennedydamm—Düsseldorf’s most important transport corridor linking the city centre, the trade fair grounds and the airport. Conceived as a high-visibility landmark, the development was delivered based on designs by the internationally renowned architectural practice HPP Architekten. Three building wings are arranged around a premium landscaped courtyard—the eponymous Plaza—designed as a green PLAZA, an internal meeting point and a vibrant hub for future occupiers. In addition, a new access road is planned to further improve connectivity to the site.

Landscaped outdoor areas and roof terraces, along with biodiverse new planting, provide visible accents of urban greenery. Complementary infrastructure—including a fitness area as well as extensive bicycle and car parking—supports a contemporary mobility and health offering.
