(Hamburg, May 30, 2023) MOMENI is taking part in a capital increase in connection with the merger of spaceOS and Equiem to create the global leader in smart workplace technologies.

Implementing smart workplace solutions is crucial to continue actively meeting the growing demand for the sustainable operation of premium assets as well as to provide an exclusive user experience. 

The merger between spaceOS and Equiem addresses two major challenges faced by tenants  and owners: First, it creates incentives and enhances the attractiveness of office premises and work space with smart tools for employees. In addition, the technology enables energy-conscious management and utilization of leased space – for example, by providing a transparent real-time overview of energy consumption.

The merger of the two companies extends the reach of tenant app pioneer Equiem to more than 25 countries while at the same time significantly expanding the range of features on offer.
